Honey Pie Pizza Co. was created with students top of mind. Crafting a pizza that could meet student standards, federal requirements, and stay true to whole, clean ingredients wasn’t easy - but it was worth it.
Why we started Honey Pie.
Over two years, we tested and refined our pies in more than 40 schools with thousands of students. We knew there was a gap in K–12 food service: too many pizzas met federal standards on paper, but fell short on nutrition, ingredient quality, or student satisfaction.
We created Honey Pie to bridge that gap, with a pizza that’s clean, compliant, and kid-approved.
Our Team
Behind every slice of Honey Pie is a team of school food service professionals, nutrition advocates, and operational experts who believe students deserve better. With decades of experience in NSLP meal planning and program operations, our team knows how to create food that meets federal guidelines without sacrificing quality or taste. We’re small, passionate, and focused on one thing: Real Good Pizza.
