Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable to product issues resulting from:
- Incorrect or damaged shipments
- Defective products
- Non-compliance with agreed product specifications

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
 

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted for:
- Mistakes due to incorrect order information provided by the customer
- Product dissatisfaction not related to quality or compliance
- Delays caused by third-party carriers once the product has shipped

- Order details
- Description of the issue
- Photos, if applicable

Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
 

4. Resolution

If the issue is validated, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

- Credit toward a future order
